First class took part in a bodhrán class with Music Generation. From the moment they picked up the bodhrán, everyone was encouraged to explore sound, rhythm, and movement in a playful and creative way.
They learned how to hold the drum, use the tipper, and create simple beats while joining in with games, and musical activities.
Everyone including Ms. Kelly got a chance to experience the energy of traditional Irish music, work together with others, and build confidence through music-making.
It was joyful, inclusive and helped us connect with rhythm, culture, and the fun of making music together.
